Social Media Strategy
While working as Social Media Coordinator for Ben-Amun, I grew Instagram followers by 25% in just one year, grew monthly Pinterest reach to over 1 million, and expanded our social media portfolio to include 2 new platforms. The secret to growing your brand's social media presence? Utilizing in-app trend reports and staying organized.

Content Creation
I am a Canva believer and I am not ashamed. The tool's collaborative capabilities, photo storage, and font options make it the ideal tool for social media and marketing. When creating content for Ben-Amun, I rely on insights from past posts and our followers to continuously identify what will deliver best results while pushing to try new things. We found that close-up images, aesthetic videos, and celebrity images are the key to our followers' hearts. You can see this reflected in our feed.

Search Engine Optimization
The most important skill I've used in my career that I didn't learn in school? Search engine optimization and basic coding. As companies take in the digital scape, more and more are looking for someone to help them boost their website so more consumers can find them. The number one way to do this is by zeroing in on meta-descriptions, page handles, and alt text to feature concise keywords. Basic URL coding like H1 tags and general formatting can also be a lifesaver in ecommerce settings!

Email Marketing
When it comes to email marketing, it takes a lot of trial and error to determine exactly what your customers are willing to spend their time reading. Captivating (AND SHORT!) copy, mobile optimized visual layouts, and interesting graphics reign supreme here. I made the job easier by creating basic templates that are easily customized to different collections and seasons without seeming repetitive.

Fashion Photoshoots
What makes a good photographer is their ability to interact with their models. Some of my closest friends have come from the models we have worked with at Ben-Amun, and it shows in our images. Whether on-site or indoor e-commerce photoshoots, I always create a shot list of everything I want to capture before we call it a day.
Photo Tip: Keep a guide on your Apple Maps app with dropped pins of locations you find around your city that would make great photo backgrounds. This comes in handy whenever you launch a new collection or need a quick social media shoot with multiple settings.

Branding
One of the first things I did when I came into my position is create branding guidelines. Identifying your brand's fonts, colors, social media layouts, tone, and imaging creates consistency across platforms and allows team members in every department to create basic documents.
